What is Curate* ?
Property Styling & Staging
Julanna and Annie Work with a Real Estate Team to stage properties. We also take on Interiors projects to Elevate you home - Just for You!
HOW?
It starts with a property walkthrough. During this meeting we assess what our goals are, if we need to reimagine some spaces, and what sort of decluttering is necessary. We will also look at the need for repairs and lighting changes.
NEXT STEPS?
You bet! I will follow up with a document that outlines much of what we discussed during our meeting, and what our intentions are to curate each space in the home.
STAGE DAY
The hard work pays off now! While you've been working to get your house ready for us, we have been preparing to stage your home offsite. On stage day we bring decor and furnishings for a complete install, bringing your home's finest face forward. Clients always love walking in for a great reveal after our work is done!
Our before and after photos, and resulting sales, demonstrate the impact we have for the client and their home, in preparing it for resale. Whether the client's home is vacant, or shows the character of being lived in for 20 years, we execute a design plan with precision and attention to detail.

Julanna Vine
Julanna Vine is Toronto-based stylist and decorator, mom of 3, and lover of Art, design, and Interiors. She effortlessly curates spaces using old and new pieces, and finds inspiration from design trends, innovative ideas in construction, gardens and the natural environment. You can find her on instagram @jvinestudio, where she 'sometimes' posts about her life, family shenanigans, cottage adventures, design ideas, projects and inspiration.
It was though the process of working with textiles - creating window treatments, working with every kind of fabric, and hand-dying linen using Shibori techniques - that she eventually landed as a textile designer. Working tirelessly as an artisan blending colours, exploring surface design techniques, and exploring the wholesale/retail relationship selling her pillows, she aligned herself with Elte MKT, where her craft finally landed in the hands of the public.
Julanna can relate with the ever changing Interior design and decor needs of families. Her thoughtful, practical, and personal approach to projects is what sets her apart from many.

Annie ispassionate about style and love watching and experimenting with trends. She's always full of energy, whether staging a clients home, managing the logistics of the project, or drawing room layouts for a client. This is what she's all about!
Her background has taken her from fashion to interiors and back again... She's a verified

Together Julanna and Annie work seamlessly as a team. They find pride, and love in helping their clients prepare their home for the market, or in creating a home they can live in and LOVE for years to come.
